The intervention of torsoplastica is indicated in cases of strong fund relaxation back and gluteal area. A strong weight loss, the passing of time and the natural inclination cause the lower back loses firmness creating blemishes often difficult to accept. Through torsoplastica the buttocks are firmed and legs regain momentum and tone.

The surgical procedure takes place in epidural anesthesia and sedation and lasts about 60 minutes. The remodeling of the buttocks is done through an incision "gull wings" in the upper part of the buttocks, in order to allow the removal of excess skin lozenges.

Any excess fat deposits are then aspirated through thin cannulas. The skin is sutured with absorbable materials from the inside so that they are not visible externally points to take away. Finally, it applies an elastic compression sleeve that helps to shape the area for 3-4 weeks.

For a few days the treated area will be swollen and you should avoid physical exertion. Normal activities can be resumed after about 20 days.
